Abstract: This research examines the legal framework for environmental governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Jordan. It accomplishes This study really shows us that environmental governance isn't just a bunch of rules; it's a whole system designed to guide what companies do and make sure they're responsible towards both the environment and society. It's all about finding that sweet spot where we can keep moving forward economically while still taking good care of our precious natural resources. So, this research really digs into Jordan's key environmental laws, like the Environmental Protection Law from 2017 (that's Law No. 6) and the Investment Environment Law from 2022 (Law No. 21).
